HATHA YOGA and YIN YOGA


The practice of Yoga supports the expansion of the awareness of your physical body, mind body, and heart or soul.

Yoga helps to increase vitality, balance, strength, and flexibility. It also brings physical and mental well-being. Inspired by her experiences and studies, Nathalie Keiller gradually and constantly integrates the knowledge she has gained. Her search for a better quality of life brought her to Vancouver, British Colombia, where she now teaches. If you are interested in the delight of a vivifying practice, in increasing the strength and suppleness of your external body, and optimizing the functioning of your inner body, her style can really help you. Spreading the experience of inner peace and supporting great health are Nathalie’s reasons for teaching.
