Nathalie has been practicing meditation on a daily day basis for many years and has taught Deep Meditation since 2005. Her meditation practice started in 1991. Since 2001, her personal search and experiences have inspired her to delve deeper and increase her knowledge. For four years she studied as a Deep Meditation instructor under the guidance of Denis Cléroux, instructor since 1973 of this technique rooted in the Vedic Tradition. The Deep Meditation technique is effortless. It is simple and natural and respects individual freedom and modes of expression. Nathalie has also been a Hatha Yoga practitioner since 1997. She has been teaching it since 1999, when she took her first Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. She also completed a Teacher Training Course in the Ashtanga tradition with David Swenson in 2001, as well as many other training courses and workshops in various traditions. From 2006 to 2011, she has been deepening her practice and the teaching of Yoga with certified Anusara yoga teachers completing more than a thousand hours of training. She has obtained her certification as Anusara-inspired Yoga teacher in 2008. More recently, during Summer 2011, she took a Yin Yoga Teacher Training and added this approach to her style. She is teaching Yoga in Vancouver in studios and workplaces, as well as in private.
