40-minute practice - Yin Yoga

Sitting on heels (Japanese style) - 3-4 minutes Centering on the breath

Long legged Butterfly - 3 minutes



Square - 2 minutes on each side



Stretch and relax legs after each side during 3-4 breaths

Sleeping Swan - 2 minutes



Transition towards Child's pose for 30 secondes
Sleeping Swan other side - 2 minutes

Child's pose - 2 minutes



Anahata (or Melting Heart)- 2 minutes



Anahata with twist - 1 minute on each side

Child's pose - 2 minutes



Half Butterfly - 2 minutes on each side



Windshield Washers after each side for 1 minute

Dangling - 2 minutes

  or  


Squat - 2 minutes



Savasana (Relaxation) - 5-7 minutes
