Testimony

To open oneself to meditation is to move toward new realizations.

Nathalie Keiller teaches the Deep Meditation technique in Vancouver, B.C.
Deep Meditation allows the mind to experience subtler levels of thought, until the deepest level of awareness is experienced, enabling the body to gain a profound level of rest, a level beyond sleep.

The primary purpose of meditation is to nurture spiritual growth. Other benefits include stress and anxiety reduction, strengthening the body's immune system, increase of energy, slowing of biological aging process, and enhanced appreciation for living. This technique, practiced effortlessly, facilitates the elimination of tensions accumulated in the nervous system. It rekindles the vital source of energy at the origin of thought and life.

From the very first meditation, the practitioner reaps the benefits. The experience of pure awareness begins to transmit its value into the field of activity in all physical, psychological, behavioral and social aspects. Click on Testimony.
