Q : What can meditation bring to me?
A : The power of Consciousness. The power to be beyond limitations. The expansion of awareness, of harmony between mind and body. The spontaneous use of your full potential for recuperation and growth. The infinite enjoyment of life.

The harmonization of body and mind frees the consciousness to expand in all fields of life.

Q : How can this be so easy?
A : Meditating is easier than asking how to meditate.

The Deep Meditation technique is as natural and effortless as falling asleep. We do some preparation before going to bed, but it is not the “I” that falls asleep. It falls asleep on its own.

In the learning process of the technique, we learn how to prepare so that the mind, naturally and spontaneously, passes from the waking state to pure awareness, effortlessly.

Q : I have already tried to clear my mind, and was unsuccessful. How can I get over this?
A : The expression “clear the mind” is misleading. The action of “clearing” is impossible as it is essentially non-doing. So “trying to clear the mind” is like trying to open a door the wrong way. The more one tries to clear the mind, the more one thinks, and prevents oneself from achieving the spontaneous state of non-thought.

After one experience of deep meditation, one feels relaxed and full of energy at the same time. Active men and women increase their energy level effortlessly, twice a day, for 15 or 20 minutes each time. In this way, they enrich their lives and society.

Q : I am afraid of failing at meditation. How can I get past this fear?
A : The experience of Pure Awareness is a power. This experience eliminates fear. It has the power of a plough that clears a snowbank and transforms the obstacle into powder.

Q : What advantages can a business gain from having its employees meditate?
A: The nature of a business is to grow. The knowledge that the experience of deep meditation brings allows people the greater autonomy and efficiency that enables a business to flower.

Knowledge is structured in consciousness. Actions are based on knowledge and these same actions bring results that will lead to the realization of our life, or of a business. So it is essential to take care of your awareness, to bring it toward its infinite source of potentiality until this potential takes form.

The power of meditation can be compared to a bow and arrow. We move the arrow further from its goal for a few seconds, and with this withdrawal, the arrow will ultimately reach its goal faster and more efficiently. Meditation is the bow and arrow of the mind and body.

Q : How does the course given at the workplace function?
A : The workplace course is structured in order to bring business people to their full potential. The technique allows the mind to explore greater achievements. The way to check the efficiency of the technique is a technique as well.

Five meetings of about 90 minutes each, spread over five days (e.g. Monday thru Friday) at the time of your choosing. This course is often offered first to executives and management, as it will benefit those working where decisions are taken.

Q : Can we learn how to meditate from books?

A : Meditation is not a buildup of knowledge, but an experience. There is nothing better than receiving the technique of Deep Meditation from an instructor rooted in the Vedic Tradition.

Q : Where does the tradition of this teaching come from?
A : The Deep Meditation technique comes from the Vedic Tradition. At least 2000 years old, its first masters were in India, but this technique is universal. The philosophy at the base of this tradition integrates environment, social behaviour, health, mental and emotional balance, personal realization and universal value. The result is a mind in full potential in a body in full potential toward the expansion of consciousness and oneness with the universe. This experience is accessible to all students of Deep Medidation.
